Essential Functions
Interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Assist with cost estimates and project scheduling.
Prepare statements of work, submittals, change management and reporting.
Promote safety compliance and conduct inspections.
Maintain accurate records and ensure quality workmanship.
Qualifications
3‑5 years of construction experience in commercial electrical or general construction.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field; education and experience combined acceptable.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Project or Primavera at an intermediate level.
Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Benefits
Salary $70,000‑$92,000 per year.
