As a Maintenance and Reliability Senior Supervisor, you will direct a team in the repair, maintenance, and installation of machinery, buildings, and utility systems. Key Accountabilities
Develop preventive maintenance programs.
Coordinate with other plant functions to ensure seamless support.
Ensure safety guidelines are followed for employee well-being.
Prioritize and assign maintenance tasks based on established plans.
Oversee maintenance activities to minimize production disruptions.
Lead, develop, and make talent management decisions for your team.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Experience managing tasks across multiple crafts (electrical, welding, mechanical).
Minimum of four years of related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of supervisory experience managing technical engineering teams.
Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional or similar certification.
Training in predictive maintenance technologies.
Knowledge of the proactive maintenance model.
Experience in production, maintenance, or project management.
Leadership experience or driving results through teams.
Lean Six Sigma yellow or green belt certification.
