Role at a Glance As the Financial Services Wholesaling Representative for the Life Insurance team, you will build and maintain business relationships with advisors who market our products and services. You will meet or exceed established sales goals, help advisors provide the right solutions to their clients, and respond to broker inquiries via inbound calls. You will be trained to answer questions about product features, performance, literature requests, and hypothetical illustrations, and you will develop skills to support the following responsibilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Developing and maintaining an understanding of Life Insurance products, services, and operational structure to identify and target sales growth opportunities.
Providing product and illustration sales support on Lincoln’s products & services, including sales support tools and marketing ideas, to assigned Advisors, Registered Representatives, Brokers and/or Plan Sponsor/Participants.
Building and maintaining business relationships through email, phone, and in‑person communication with internal and external stakeholders in a customer‑centric and professional manner.
Identifying, recommending, and championing process improvements and organizational initiatives to positively influence the team and quality.
What We’re Looking For Must‑haves:
Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
FINRA SIE License – must obtain within 120 days.
FINRA Series 6 License – must obtain within 120 days.
FINRA Series 63 License – must obtain within 120 days (if required by State).
Resident Life & Health insurance licenses – must obtain within 120 days.
Nice‑to‑haves (Preferred):
Sales or Customer Service experience.

Pay range: $42,800 - $77,700, with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range. Additional incentives may include Annual Incentive Program, long‑term incentives, sales incentives, and a standard benefits package.
