Job Title: Assembler
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in an assembler role. This position involves assembling pre‑cut aluminum frames, assisting with loading and unloading materials, and collaborating with the team to prepare framing for shipment to job sites.
Responsibilities
Assemble pre‑cut aluminum frames by screwing them together.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks of material.
Collaborate with the team to assemble and prepare framing for shipment.
Travel with coworkers to different sites to help load and assemble glass and products.
Essential Skills
Experience with hand and power tools.
Ability to read and interpret a tape measure.
Capability to lift and load items weighing 50+ lbs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in general labor, construction, assembly, and mechanical assembly.

Work Environment The work environment includes a non‑climate controlled warehouse and various construction sites. The standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with optional eight‑hour shifts on Saturdays.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 – $16.00/hr.
