Overview

As an HVAC Technician you will handle installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment throughout the Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland facility. You will diagnose and resolve component and wiring issues, ensure compliance with safety standards, and optimize system efficiency to create a safe, comfortable environment for everyone. Responsibilities

Maintain and repair heating systems. Install and maintain ventilators and air conditioners. Identify defects in components and wiring, and find solutions. Test electrical circuits for continuity. Ensure system compliance with plans and specifications. Follow all safety procedures. Inspect electrical systems used for heating, cooling, and ventilation. Reassemble required equipment to follow repairs. Comply with appliance standards. Locate local malfunctions. Skills To Help You Succeed

Minimum five (5) years of technical and trade experience. Master HVACR License highly desired. Current Journeyman HVAC License. Must be able to obtain and maintain the required license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency. Physical Requirements

Sitting, standing, bending and walking. Lifting (Overhead, arm’s length, up to 25 lbs.; assisted lifting may exceed 200 lbs.). Stretching and reaching. Pushing and pulling. Climbing. Working Conditions
