Job Summary
Medline's Renewal Division is hiring a Field Services Technician (40 hours/week) in Orange County, CA. The role involves reprocessing used medical devices to reduce waste and provide cost savings to facilities.
Job Description Under the supervision of the Regional Manager and working in the Orange County area, the Technician will support the Medline Renewal Reprocessing Program by packing and shipping designated medical devices and performing additional tasks as required by facility partners. The position requires 100% local travel within Orange County.
Essential Functions
Maintain a regular schedule to visit assigned facilities and collect devices in designated containers.
Coordinate the packing of devices in Medline Renewal shipping containers using proper techniques to ensure safe shipment.
Arrange timely shipment of collection containers.
Update the Medline ReNewal Collection Container Locations sheet to track container placement throughout the facility.
Provide support during in-service sessions as directed by the assigned Account Manager.
Conduct regular rounds throughout the facility to introduce oneself, answer questions, and relay staff concerns to the Account Manager.
Ensure program supplies remain stocked for use.
Distribute program collateral throughout the facility per Account Manager instructions.

Qualifications
High School Diploma (GED) preferred.
Ability to travel locally 100% of the time in Orange County.
Capable of lifting at least 30 pounds as part of daily tasks.
Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, clean driving record, and ability to travel in own vehicle to facilities.
Capability to be credentialed at the highest level for access to all required rooms within each facility.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self‑initiative and dependability for reliable independent performance.
Anticipated Salary Range $21.75 - $31.50 per hour. Actual salary will vary by location, education, experience, and skills. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
