We are seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Journeyman Electrician Foreman to lead installation and coordination efforts for electrical tool installation activities at the Samsung Taylor Semiconductor Plant. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality. As a Foreman, you will oversee crews, manage schedules, and ensure successful execution of electrical tool installations, including overhead transport systems, stockers, and interbay/intrabay conveyors.
Pay: $48.26/hour plus $9.29 fringe pay

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate electrical tool installation, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications
Interpret and communicate blueprints, layout drawings, and technical documentation
Oversee installation of tracks, rails, sensors, and control systems for AMHS equipment
Ensure compliance with safety standards, cleanroom protocols, and company procedures
Interface with project managers, engineers, and other trades to resolve issues and maintain workflow
Conduct quality checks and system verifications throughout the install process
Maintain accurate documentation of work progress, personnel hours, and material usage
Train and mentor team members on proper installation techniques and safety practices
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in AMHS or semiconductor equipment installation
Texas Licensed Journeyman Electrician - Active
Prior leadership or foreman experience in a construction or technical environment
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, automation, and cleanroom protocols
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and around sensitive equipment
A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
