This state‑of‑the‑art extrusion and polymer manufacturing facility is building a strong maintenance team to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations. Job Summary

The Maintenance Mechanic I is responsible for performing preventative maintenance and assisting with the repair of machinery, equipment, tools, and facility infrastructure. This role supports production by ensuring equipment reliability, safety compliance, and timely response to maintenance needs. Key Responsibilities

Perform regular preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, tools, and facility systems Assist in the repair of production machinery, infeed/outfeed systems, hand tools, and forklifts in accordance with manuals and specifications Support scheduled preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime Order maintenance supplies and replacement parts as required Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities Follow all safety rules, procedures, and maintenance best practices Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Participate in safety, Continuous Improvement (CI), and team meetings Follow hazardous waste and material handling procedures when assigned Prepare reports and documentation as required Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine repair or industrial maintenance Working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and control systems, and welding Understanding of safe equipment practices and applicable laws and regulations Knowledge of hazardous waste and hazardous material handling procedures Must be at least 18 years of age Compensation & Benefit Information

Salary Pay Range:

$33.00-$38.00 per hour dependent on experience* Pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living Bonus/Incentive Pay
