Role Duties

Training Management:

Monitors training compliance within the Learning Management System (LMS), proactively collaborating with Regional Safety Officers (RSOs) and People & Organization (P&O) teams to identify and resolve training gaps prior to their expiration dates.

Schedules and organizes training sessions based on departmental needs, certification requirements, and regulatory mandates.

Monitors and processes training requests, enrollments, and completions in the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensures all necessary documentation is completed and documented according to company standards and client requirements.

Administrative Support:

Manages participant registration, attendance tracking, and completion of records within the Learning Management System (LMS) or Training Management System (TMS).

Ensures that the training bookings, certifications issuance and uploading, and relevant documentations are handled on LMS in alignment with the agreed SLAs.

Competency Analysis:

Arranges regular competency assessments and analyses, identifying skill gaps and areas for improvement.

Implements rig assessment schedules in collaboration with assessors, ensuring assessments are directly aligned with identified training gaps.

Stakeholder Management:

Serves as the main point of contact for RSOs, Rig Managers, and P&O specialists’ inquiries regarding training schedules, requirements, and registration.

Provides trainers and presenters with necessary support, including setting up training environments and assisting with any logistical needs.

Collects feedback from participants and trainers post-training to improve future sessions and enhance program relevance.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensures compliance by tracking mandatory training and regulatory certifications, ensuring all employees complete required training on time.

Data Entry and Record Management:

Maintains accurate training records, including attendance logs, completion rates, and certification renewals, ensuring data integrity in the HR Information System (HRIS), LMS, or other tracking platforms.

Monitors the efficiency and accuracy of training processes, suggesting improvements for streamlined scheduling, data tracking, and record management.

Tracks training expiration dates and coordinates timely re-certification to meet compliance requirements.

Organizes and archives training documents, ensuring they are accessible for audits and internal reviews.

Provides insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance training programs.

Maintains accurate and up-to-date competency records and documentation related to competency assessments, development plans, and progress tracking.

Collaborates with the contracted training providers to ensure the organization receives high-quality training solutions within the approved training matrix.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in the training field.
