The Opportunity The dealership is seeking a full-time F&I Manager to join its winning team. This role is ideal for a high-energy motorcycle enthusiast who is honest, motivated, outgoing, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. The F&I Manager plays a key role in dealership profitability while guiding customers through the purchase process and welcoming them into the Harley-Davidson family.

Duties and Responsibilities Oversee and direct all business office operations related to finance, insurance, and extended service programs Generate revenue and profit through the sale of finance, insurance, and extended service products on new and used motorcycles Cross-sell parts, accessories, and ready-to-ride products Establish and maintain strong working relationships with factory and non-factory finance sources Recruit and maintain a strong market base for finance and insurance products using proactive sales techniques Analyze departmental performance and implement effective problem-solving strategies Employ responsible accounting practices, including budgeting and internal controls Set monthly sales objectives, achieve established goals, and prepare requested reports Submit finance paperwork and obtain approvals from lending sources Forecast finance performance in coordination with the sales department Maintain accurate files for insurance and financial agencies, including F&I logbooks Prepare monthly finance penetration and performance reports
