Employment Status:
Full-Time, Exempt
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday between 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (37.5 hours, minimum). Must be available to work outside normal business hours during peak periods.
Join our growing team as a
Senior Accounting Analyst , where you’ll play a key role in supporting our expanding business and reinsurance initiatives. This is an individual‑contributor position with opportunities for continued development.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and post journal entries
Perform account reconciliations
Apply GAAP and statutory accounting principles
Maintain and document internal controls
Support reinsurance transactions
Manage insurance accounting processes
Participate in month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities
Contribute to new system implementations and reinsurance growth projects
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
Experience with month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes
Strong background in internal controls and documentation (SOX/public accounting knowledge)
Solid GAAP accounting experience
Reinsurance and insurance accounting experience beneficial
Proven proficiency in Excel
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
CPA strongly preferred
