Serve as the primary insurance advisor to our agents for high‑net‑worth clients, providing customized risk management strategies.
Assess and analyze the client’s personal and business exposures, including homes, valuables, collections, autos, yachts, and liability risks.
Collaborate with carriers to secure competitive quotes and negotiate terms.
Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain long‑term client relationships.
Educate agents on internal processes and carrier guidelines.
Provide personal lines and high‑net‑worth insurance ongoing agent support.
Stay current on industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes affecting high‑net‑worth clients.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on high‑net‑worth clients a must.
Active Property & Casualty license.
Strong knowledge of high‑value insurance products and carriers (e.g., Chubb, PURE, and AIG Private Client).
Proficiency in insurance management systems and Microsoft Office.
