Hybrid Work Options Available:

Hybrid Work Options Available; This position may report in to either our Johnson City Headquarter or our Transmission Offices in Cedar Park, TX depending on home location. Travel between the two locations will periodically be required

$78,960.00Minimum Starting Base Pay* + KPI Bonuses + Competitive Benefits

*Qualifications may warrant greater starting base pay within the full pay range. Individual base pay is determined by experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.

Position Summary This position is responsible for supporting the Transmission organization’s strategic initiatives and reporting functions. Manage complex projects and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver polished, compliant work products within timelines established.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Updates Transmission dashboards and prepares monthly reports and analysis, explaining transmission KPI’s on a monthly basis – portfolio, financial, system performance and system maintenance

Support ad hoc reporting needs of the Transmission organization across portfolio, financial, system performance and system maintenance data

Assist with managing Transmission strategic initiatives within the established scope, schedule, and budget

Conduct current-state assessments, stakeholder interviews, and analysis to inform the development of net new processes and/or identify gaps and improvement opportunities in existing.

Collaborate with various teams to ensure business requirements and insights are captured, organized and translated into documentation as needed.

Maintain thorough documentation of process changes, improvement initiatives, and performance reports for management review

Record meeting minutes and action items for follow- up

Create communication plans and monitor them throughout completion of projects

Report on project status to internal stakeholders and the project team

Utilize project management and GIS software for monitoring, tracking, and reporting

Recommend and implement solutions to problems identified

Ensures appropriate records are maintained for budget requirements, management systems, policies and procedures

Participates in cross-training activities, cross-departmental sharing of knowledge and, when appropriate, cross-departmental developmental assignments

Maintain the security of confidential information

Stay abreast of advances in technology

Demonstrate regular and prompt attendance

Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Knowledge of budgeting and cost management

Knowledge of business and management principles

Knowledge of the electric utility industry

Knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership skills and budgeting

Skilled in communicating effectively with all levels of management

Skilled in planning, scheduling, prioritizing and coordinating work within assigned work area

Skilled in monitoring and managing performance

Skilled in establishing and communicating performance expectations and metrics

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work in a team environment

Ability to balance and manage competing high priority work demands

Ability to use computer systems and applications

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

Ability to listen and understand information verbally and in writing

Minimum Qualifications - (Education, Experience)

Bachelor’s degree in related field

Three years of related work experience

Directly related experience may substitute for education

Valid Texas Driver’s License

Exempt employees receive a fixed bi-weekly salary to compensate them for all hours worked during each pay period.
