What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Participate in structured training classes covering insurance policies and claims processes
Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under supervision
Gather information from policyholders, claimants, and third-party providers
Establish accurate scope of damages for building and contents losses
Maintain accurate records of claim activity in claim management systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience OR Bachelor’s Degree
Valid driver’s license
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Exceptional customer service skills and commitment to positive experiences for insureds and claimants
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous internship or work experience in customer service or insurance
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic conflict resolution skills with a willingness to learn advanced techniques
