Responsibilities
Execute the Ardent Risk Management Program across the facility/facilities.
Develop and support facility‑level risk management activities and programs.
Manage risk management needs across the facility, including policy implementation, risk identification and mitigation, education, and event investigations.
Support patient safety and quality activities as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of healthcare risk management experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows applications, and other systems.
Strong analytical skills: define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret complex technical instructions and manage multiple variables.
Excellent presentation skills to address audiences larger than 20 people, including senior leadership.
Capability to work in a fast‑paced environment with rapidly changing priorities, using strong organizational and follow‑through skills.
BS/BA in a related field or relevant experience; BSN is strongly preferred.
