Job Summary Clinical Dietitians coordinate patient nutritional care under the general supervision of the Director of Food and Nutrition Services. Responsibilities include nutritional screenings, diet education, and documentation of patient tolerance and response to nutritional support.

Responsibilities
Member of Nutrition Support Team with pharmacist and physician(s).
Provide nutritional screenings and assessments of patients.
Educate patients on therapeutic diets.
Inform aide staff on which patient foods are allowed or disallowed based on prescribed diet.
Document patient tolerance, appropriateness, response to nutritional support and make recommendations.
Qualifications
Commission Dietetic Registration
Licensed Dietitian obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
Bachelor’s degree.
