FLOAT CLINIC LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)
Pay Rate: $21.16 – $31.74 (based on relevant experience) + $2.00 float differential. Eligible for up to a $5,000 sign‑on bonus.

Job Summary This position is responsible for providing direct patient care to patients under the supervision of a medical provider in the clinic setting. In the clinic, the LPN carries out any duties delegated and requested by the midlevel provider and physician that do not exceed the scope of their practice and licensure by the state. The role may require providing services to one or more age populations, including newborn through geriatric, demonstrating an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.
Full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Health System is required. ICARE standards must be demonstrated. Adherence to the Code of Conduct and other policies is mandatory.
Education / Training / Experience
Graduate of an LPN School of Nursing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Previous clinic experience
License / Certifications / Special Requirements
Current Illinois LPN license or any other state license that permits employment
