Seeking CNAs who can work in our long term care facilities.

DUTIES:

Provide care and tend to physical needs of the patients according to the patient care plan;

Perform and document rounds of patient receiving care and report changes in patient condition to the Nurse;

Obtain specimens for diagnostic testing;

Complete all required documentation of patient care, provide written and/or oral reports;

Clean, maintain, and check equipment;

Qualifications

Resume

State ID or Driver License

SS card

NY State CNA license and registration

Physical exam with PPD

MMR, varicella titers lab results and Hep B lab result

Drug screening lab works in the last 10 months

CNA school diploma or completion

CPR (optional for CNA)

Malpractice Insurance (optional for CNA)
