This hybrid role 40% driving 60% physical work includes loading products, operating bulk trucks, pulling hoses, and maintaining equipment. The position requires driving a Class B CDL truck, hooking trailers, handling raw materials, and working in various weather conditions. Work schedule
Monday – Friday Local driving 1–3 hours Early morning starts 3–5 AM 10–12 hours per day approx. Overtime may be needed Up to 10% overnight travel may be required What you will be doing
Pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspection Safely hook and unhook trailers Drive emulsion tanker trucks and box trucks Ensure raw materials and dangerous goods are handled and stored according to requirements Minimize environmental damage through waste control Report incidents and accidents promptly Participate in daily toolbox talks and safety meetings What you will bring
At least one year of driving and/or handling materials experience Knowledge of DOT regulations Team communication skills Attention to detail and math skills for inventory management Ability to prioritize tasks and manage high‑priority situations Physical requirements
Work outdoors in all weather Lifting up to 60 lbs and carrying 50 lbs or more Load product, pull large hoses, fill holes, climb on/off the truck Shovel gravel to fill drilled holes throughout the day Push/pull and work with equipment Frequent bending, squatting, and kneeling Your qualifications
Class B CDL required; Class A a plus Tanker endorsement preferred Hazmat endorsement preferred Support for obtaining endorsements At least one year of driving experience preferred High School diploma or equivalent What we offer
