MRO Buyer and Inventory Control Specialist Arcadia Beverage is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented MRO Buyer and Inventory Control Specialist to support our continued growth, new mixing initiatives, and onboarding of exciting new customer partnerships. This role is critical to ensuring our equipment and maintenance systems run efficiently and reliably as we expand our production capabilities.

What You’ll Do

Purchase materials for maintenance and engineering.

Obtain quotes, write purchase orders and obtain appropriate approval for parts, tools, and materials.

Review purchase orders and reconcile CMMS purchase orders with the ERP system.

Approve invoices for payment within the ERP system.

Confirm procurement status on all items and update the status in the CMMS.

Resolve purchase‑order issues in a timely manner, communicating with accounting and maintenance leadership.

Procure parts from vendors with the best price and availability to improve overall financial performance.

Establish minimum/maximum reorder points for all inventory parts.

Build strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

Maintain a running report of expenditures compared with the budget each period.

Reconcile all invoices against POs and resolve discrepancies within 5 business days.

Receive parts and place into inventory or WIP area for WO completion.

Ship parts/assemblies for repair or return defective/incorrect items.

Conduct random cycle counts of inventory weekly and review count sheets before adjustments.

Maintain a clean and organized parts room.

Complete any tasks assigned by leadership.

Requirements

Experience in a manufacturing or food/beverage production environment – beverage industry preferred.

Strong planning, time‑management, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Proven experience with CMMS systems to schedule and track maintenance activities.

Mechanical and electrical aptitude, understanding of mixing, blending, and filling systems.

Team player with excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments.

Eagerness to support growth‑oriented projects and contribute to long‑term strategic improvements.
