Job Description The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Strategically, assistant managers drive sales results by analyzing the business and providing best‑in‑class customer service. They oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managers leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge. They also serve as talent leaders, driving recruiting, training, engagement and development. Assistant managers are expected to show up, bringing their best selves every day. With a promote‑from‑within philosophy, our Assistant Managers build upon their initial foundation and have the opportunity to grow into future leaders of the store’s organization.
