Location: 3109 Plant Water Road, Knoxville, TN 37914 Shift: D2: 5:00am - 5:30PM working Fri., Sat., Sun.; 6 AM-6:30PM As a
Maintenance Technician II , you will install, modify, troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul complex manufacturing and support equipment. This hands‑on role requires advanced technical skills, minimal supervision, and the ability to train, advise, and occasionally direct other technicians. Your work ensures that equipment is maintained to meet operational, safety, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, plan, and execute repairs, modifications, and overhauls on complex manufacturing and support equipment. Troubleshoot advanced control systems, servo drives, motors, HMIs, and PLCs on high‑speed packaging lines. Perform preventive maintenance and proactively monitor equipment condition. Collaborate with technicians, production teams, engineering, and management to plan and communicate maintenance activities. Coordinate with equipment and service vendors for technical support. Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas, following all company and regulatory safety standards. Support other technicians as needed and assist with special projects. Identify opportunities for process and maintenance improvements, driving recommendations to implementation. Total Rewards
Starting pay: $34.09 per hour. Pay increases to $35.92 per hour in the quarter following the 6‑month anniversary. Work 36 hours paid for 40. Benefits (Effective Day One, Where Applicable)

Industrial Maintenance degree or certificate preferred. Minimum 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience. Advanced mechanical and electrical skills required; PLC troubleshooting and robotics experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret complex schematics, prints, flowcharts, and block diagrams. Skilled in using precision testing and diagnostic equipment. Experience with email, job databases, spreadsheets, and CMMS (e.g., SAP). Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) experience a plus. Packaging and high‑speed automation experience preferred. Yellow/Green Belt certification preferred. Employment EEO Statement
