Key Responsibilities
Greet customers, run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions.
Assist with the food program and maintain store appearance.
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Interact with many customers daily, executing daily tasks around the store.
Desired Skills
Selling products to customers.
Providing excellent customer care.
Effective communication and friendly conversation.
Performing at a quick pace while having fun.
Teamwork to accomplish daily goals.
Problem‑solving and suggestion generation.
Preferred Experience
Retail and customer service experience.
Sales associate or cashiering experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Motivation to advance in career.
Willingness to learn and have fun.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours.
Lift/carry up to 30 pounds for up to 30 minutes per shift.
Occasionally lift/carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push/pull up to 20 pounds.
Bend at waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift.
Grip, reach and manipulate objects; may require ladder climbing.
