Job Requirements Domino’s Customer Service Representative responsibilities include:
Friendly, positive attitude and great customer service skills
Taking orders over phone and in person
Dealing with customer concerns
Cash handling
Upselling
Making Domino's high‑quality pizzas
Food and portion control
Hygiene and food safety
Food preparation
General cleaning duties
General job duties:
Operate all equipment
Stock ingredients
Prepare product
Receive and process telephone orders
Take inventory
Clean equipment and facility daily
Essential functions / skills:
Basic math, ability to make correct change
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for order processing
Motor coordination for rapid precise movements
Use of computer keyboard or touch screen
Work conditions and physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), carrying, pushing, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, squatting, reaching, hand tasks.
