Position Overview We are looking for a motivated

Assistant Manager

to support daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and assist in managing staff and inventory. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and support team members to ensure excellent customer service.

Handle cash management, prepare daily sales reports, and make bank deposits.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering merchandise and fuel.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and security procedures.

Address customer inquiries and concerns, professionally resolving issues.

Maintain the cleanliness of the store and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.

Assist in scheduling shifts and managing employee performance.

Skills & Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Retail experience desired.

Training experience preferred.

Must be able to open and close stores across Sunday through Saturday schedule.

Previous experience in customer service preferred.

Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash registers and POS.

Basic math and computer skills.

Effective communication skills.

Ability to manage skills and work with the team to accomplish tasks.

Customer and employee focused.

Ability to learn about and train products available in stores.

Ability to maintain composure with angry, frustrated, or flustered customers.

Ability to adjust schedule, task, and priorities as needed to assist with business needs.

Must have a safe driving record.

Must be willing to submit to MVR monitoring and possess a valid Utah Driver's License.
