Dietz Property Group is looking to hire two full-time Maintenance Technicians to help maintain a residential multifamily property in Bexley, Ohio. Job Description This Maintenance Technician position earns a competitive base wage of $17-$25 (DOE) per hour plus a share of monthly leasing bonuses. WORK SCHEDULE This is a full-time position and on-call hours are scheduled on a rotating basis.

Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Any experience in maintenance, construction, a skilled trade, home repair, or as a maintenance tech would be highly desirable, but we will train and mentor the right individual for a rewarding career in property management!
Ability to frequently push or pull up to 50 lbs., occasionally lift up to 75 lbs., kneel, crouch, climb, crawl, and work in a variety of weather conditions.
Ability to be in the on-call rotation
At least one year of prior experience in a maintenance tech role would be preferred but is not required. Are you mechanically inclined, reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently? Do you work well as part of a team? Are you efficient and able to prioritize tasks effectively? Do you have good communication and people skills? Are you attentive to safety? If so, you might just be perfect for this residential Maintenance Technician position!
