Your Life as a Customer Service Representative – HR Specialist This full‑time human resources position works during the day with occasional weekend work and overtime.
Responsibilities:
Support clients with applicant tracking, onboarding, employee self‑service, payroll, and human resources systems.
Maintain accurate employee payroll records, time and attendance information, new hires, terminations, benefits, deductions, and support orders.
Resolve client issues, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain strong relationships.
Process full‑cycle payroll from time and attendance, file feeds, and timesheets.
Communicate with clients consistently via phone or email while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, learn new skills, and suggest beneficial process improvements.
Assist with special projects and keep HCM software running smoothly.
What We Need From You
3+ years of customer service–related experience in payroll, human resources, benefits, HCM, or SaaS.
Proficiency with computers, including Windows, Office, and CRM Salesforce.
Basic system problem resolution skills.
Strong customer service passion.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
