Technician, Make-Ready - Waters at Sunrise
Atlantic Housing Foundation, Inc. seeks a
Make Ready Technician
to maintain cleanliness and curb appeal across the community, including grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas. The Technician will assist in preparing vacant apartments for new residents and complete resident service requests directed by the Lead Service Technician, while adhering to company and community operating and safety policies, as well as federal, state, and local laws and Fair Housing regulations.
Qualifications:
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license; ability to read, write, and speak English.
Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods and navigate the community while maneuvering equipment.
Effective communication skills with tenants and property staff.
Physical ability to lift and carry 15–25 pounds.
Capability to work in poor weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or snow.
Safe operation of small hand tools and mechanical equipment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Willingness to deliver excellent customer service as a core part of the community team.
