Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at Pinnacle 365 Shell in Beaver, OR. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide outstanding service.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain store cleanliness and restock shelves as needed.
Assist with fuel purchases and general inquiries.
Adhere to safety and company policies.
Qualifications
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Must be 18 years or older.
