Domino’s Pizza is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to lead our pizzeria to success. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and motivating a team to deliver a delicious experience every time.
Responsibilities
Hiring, training, and supervising a team of pizza‑loving employees. Fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Managing inventory, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with all food‑safety and sanitation regulations.
Resolving customer issues, ensuring quality standards are met, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Implementing marketing initiatives, controlling costs, and analyzing financial performance to meet business objectives.
Maintaining a spotless, safe, and inviting store that reflects your commitment to quality and cleanliness.
Qualifications
Proven experience in restaurant management; pizza industry experience is preferred but not required.
Strong leadership and team‑building skills with a passion for developing others.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements.
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
A love for pizza is a definite plus.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
