Job Summary We are seeking an Office Clerk to join our team! As an Office Clerk, you will answer the phones, direct calls, and handle client's caregiver questions as well as out in the filed staff. You will also be filing paperwork, making copies, faxing documents, emailing information out to client's caregiver, staff or stakeholders, as needed. You will also need to follow up on client's supporting documents status with caregiver or health professional and updating information on our company spread sheet for clients and employees. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience working in an office environment, and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Answer phones, assist clients and staff with questions, and direct calls
Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork
Sort mail/email and distribute it to the appropriate places
Maintain records, physical and electronic, of clients and employees
Qualifications
Great customer service skills
Strong Communication Skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and Adobe software
