Key Responsibilities

Deliver personalized beauty experiences

– Provide tailored consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s needs.

Demonstrate product expertise

– Share knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.

– Keep up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to deliver relevant advice that keeps clients coming back.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/hours:

Full Time: 30‑40 hrs/week

Part Time: 15‑29 hrs/week

Flex (as needed): 4‑14 hrs/week

Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends, and holidays).

Punctuality and consistent attendance.

Qualifications/Experience

Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client‑focused environment.

A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal‑oriented, and inclusive environment.

Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.

Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Competitive hourly pay: $19.80 – $26.00/hr, dependent on qualifications, experience, and location.
