Electrical Supervisor Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and troubleshooting techniques to ensure all work is performed efficiently and reliably. Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment according to local and national electrical codes. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using testing devices and tools. Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications to determine wiring layouts. Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal functionality and safety. Collaborate with contractors, construction teams, or clients to complete projects on time and within budget. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Provide recommendations to clients on electrical upgrades or energy-efficient solutions. Qualifications
Proven experience as an electrician (apprenticeship or equivalent training required). Valid electrician’s license or certification (as required by state/province). In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety protocols. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Physical stamina and dexterity to work in various environments and conditions. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
