Automotive Service Porter/Valet

Capital Ford of Lillington is looking for a reliable, customer-focused Automotive Porter/Valet to join our team! This position is all about creating a great first impression - helping keep our dealership lot clean, organized, and welcoming, while providing valet services to ensure a smooth experience for our guests.

What You'll Do

Keep the dealership lot clean, safe, and organized

Park, stage, and arrange vehicles according to dealership standards

Perform routine lot and vehicle cleanliness checks and report issues

Greet customers warmly and provide valet service, including parking and retrieving vehicles

Assist customers with questions, directions, and small requests

Help track and manage vehicle inventory and locations

Support the team with other tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

Previous porter, valet, or customer service experience preferred (but not required)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Friendly, professional attitude with great communication skills

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stay active throughout the day

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Must pass pre-employment background screening
