Overview We are immediately hiring for the Registered Nurse, RN Supervisor position. Per Diem shifts are available from 3 pm to 11 pm and on weekends, allowing for flexible scheduling. Join a fantastic company and facility that offers a supportive work environment led by an engaged management team.
Job Responsibilities
Direct, initiate, and implement resident/patient Plans of Care.
Perform resident/patient assessments.
Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.
Prepare equipment, apply or change dressings, and monitor patient progress.
Check residents’ vital signs and symptoms, maintain accurate records.
Oversee clinical operations and complete various administrative tasks.
Administer prescribed medications and injections.
Provide leadership and guidance to LPNs and CNAs.
Assist with admissions and discharge processes.
Coordinate clinical and administrative duties to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
Experience in nursing and management within a long‑term care environment.
Must be a licensed RN, graduated from an accredited nursing program. A BSN is preferred but not required.
Current RN license and current CPR or BLS certification.
