As a Clinical Contract Associate II under the direction of a manager or senior contract associate, you will provide technical assistance in developing, negotiating, reviewing, and processing clinical study and research contracts and budgets. You will solve problems in straightforward situations and explain complex information to others with minimal supervision. What You’ll Do

Develop and negotiate contracts, contract amendments, and complex budgets with site partners within expected timelines and metrics. Collaborate proactively with external and internal partners to address and resolve contract and budget issues to meet study milestones and deadlines. Review informed consents to ensure alignment with contracts and agreements and provide guidance to study teams. Anticipate potential contract and budget compliance issues and mitigate risks in a timely manner. Requirements

Associate’s degree. Minimum 1 year related experience. Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. 5 years related work experience in clinical contracting, budget, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in sponsor clinical contracting and knowledge of sponsor pharma or biotech preferred. Benefits
