The Nursing Supervisor is a Registered Nurse who is responsible for planning, supervising, and evaluating nursing care throughout the hospital for a defined shift. The Supervisor works in conjunction with Department Directors and Chief Nurse Executive to ensure continuous delivery of quality patient care throughout the building. The Supervisor has a thorough knowledge of The Joint Commission, ACHA, and AOA. Company Overview

Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current RN licensure by Texas State Board of Nursing. 5 years clinical experience in acute care hospitals. Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s in Nursing or related discipline preferred. Certification in specialty area preferred. Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving, decision‑making, and communication skills. High tolerance for stressful situations. Positive interpersonal relationship and people skills.
