Key Responsibilities
Provide classroom coverage for early childhood classrooms as needed
Implement lesson plans and daily routines left by the lead teacher
Create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
Supervise children during classroom activities, playtime, and transitions
Support social, emotional, and developmental growth
Maintain classroom order and positive behavior management
Communicate with administrators and staff regarding classroom needs
Follow all school policies and procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience working with young children in an early childhood or school setting preferred
Understanding of early childhood development and classroom routines
Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Patience, warmth, and enthusiasm for working with young children
