ChristianaCare Vascular Interventional Radiology is looking for a part-time(20hours per week)Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their expanding care team at Christiana & Wilmington Hospitals. The APC will perform and collaborate with an attending Vascular Interventionalist to provide acute care services to include daily patient rounds, consultative services, procedural updates, admits, and discharges. The selected candidate will also perform procedures as needed to include but not limited to disc exchange, drain management, paracentesis and other procedures as allowed by licensure and credentialing.

This position requires 2 10-hour shifts per week with weekend and holiday requirements as needed. Looking for experienced candidates with Vascular Interventional experience, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

Requirements

Completion of a master's degree program in nursing or as physician assistant. Board certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Licensure as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner as set forth by the Delaware Board of Nursing OR Licensure as a Physician Assistant by the Delaware Medical Board

Prefer at least 2-3 years of experience working in an acute care setting; previous experience in radiology/surgery highly desired.

ACLS required

Strong written and interpersonal communication

Annual Compensation Range $118,943.00 - $145,806.00 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
