Job Title: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant – Collision Center
Location: Lou Fusz Toyota – St. Louis, MO
Job Summary Lou Fusz Toyota’s Collision Center is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This individual will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while assisting with administrative duties to keep the department running smoothly. This would be a Monday through Friday, full time position.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and courteously as they arrive at the Collision Center
Answer incoming phone calls, direct them to the appropriate staff, and take accurate messages as needed
Assist with scheduling appointments and updating customer files
Handle paperwork, including repair orders, invoices, and insurance documentation
Maintain organization of office records and files
Support team members with administrative tasks as assigned
Provide a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all customers and visitors
Qualifications
Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional, positive, and friendly demeanor
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry
Reliable and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
