Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production process, assisting with various tasks to ensure that everything runs smoothly. As a Production Assistant, you will be involved in supporting different departments, including pre‑production planning, on‑set operations, and post‑production activities.
Responsibilities
Assist with daily production tasks and support various departments as needed
Help set up and break down equipment on location shoots or in studios
Maintain organization of production materials and equipment
Coordinate with crew members for scheduling and logistics
Assist in managing background talent and coordinating their activities
Aid in the preparation of production reports and documentation
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in film, media, or related field preferred
Strong interest in film and television production
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Basic knowledge of production equipment and software is a plus
Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends
