Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, WA is seeking multiple full‑time Radiology Interventional Technologist and Senior Radiology Interventional Technologist positions. The role supports Interventional Radiology (IR) procedures performed by Interventional Radiologists, Vascular Surgeons, Neurosurgeons, and Diagnostic Imaging RNs to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities
• Assist IR physicians with procedural planning and execution, including catheterization, angiography, and high‑risk interventions. • Coordinate patient scheduling, IR supply oversight, and environment of care. • Contribute to IR department development and quality improvement initiatives. • Participate in training and operational processes such as radiation safety, dosimetry, and policy development. Radiology Interventional Technologist – Required Qualifications
Two years community college or vocational training in a certified radiological technologist program, or equivalent education/experience. Upon hire: Washington Radiologic Technologist license. Upon hire: National Registered Technologist – Radiography – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association. Radiology Interventional Technologist – Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare related bachelor’s degree. ARRT credential in Vascular Interventional Radiography. One year experience performing angiographic or cardiac catheterization procedures. Senior Radiology Interventional Technologist – Required Qualifications
Two years community college or vocational training in a certified radiological technologist program, or equivalent education/experience. Upon hire: Washington Radiologic Technologist license. Upon hire: National Registered Technologist – Radiography – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association. Three years of experience performing angiographic or cardiac catheterization procedures. Senior Radiology Interventional Technologist – Preferred Qualifications
