Position Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate registered nurse (RN) to deliver home health care across the Portsmouth, NH to York/Ogunquit, ME territory. Desired shift options include Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Saturday, Sunday, Monday. This is a full‑time position requiring a minimum of six months experience as a home‑health RN.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary $90,000–$100,000.
A full benefits package including affordable PPO or HSA medical plans.
Paid time off.
Up to $1,300 in free healthcare services per year when enrolled in an Amedisys HSA plan.
Up to $500 in wellness rewards for completing activities during the year.
Five free counseling sessions per year via Employee Assistance Program.

Infertility treatment coverage, adoption reimbursement, paid parental and family caregiver leave.
Mileage reimbursement.
Additional benefits may vary by shift status.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient start‑of‑care assessments, developing and implementing individualized plans of care.
Complete OASIS assessments accurately and in a timely manner.
Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the plan of care and agency policies.
Maintain continuity of care by communicating with staff, physicians, family members, and community resources.
Initiate appropriate referrals when necessary.
Promote patient health through education and rehabilitative measures.
Assist patients in learning self‑care techniques.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Current RN license specific to the state of assignment.
At least one year of clinical RN experience (approval from VP of clinical required for less than one year).
Current CPR certification.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance.
