Responsibilities
Providing comprehensive oncology patient care, including assessments, treatments, and education
Administering chemotherapy and other prescribed medications safely
Monitoring patient responses and managing side effects
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Offering emotional support and education to patients and families
Skills Required
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
Excellent communication and compassionate bedside manner
Knowledge of oncology treatments and protocols
