$5,000 Sign‑On Bonus (Full Time) Full Time: 1st & 3rd Shifts Part Time: 3rd Shift PRN: 1st & 2nd Shifts Additional Pay: $3.40/hour Hero Pay 39‑Bed Facility What You’ll Do
Assess, evaluate, and provide direct nursing care based on individualized care plans Administer medications and perform treatments according to resident needs Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing assistants Ensure compliance with all state regulations and clinical standards Support residents with compassion, professionalism, and strong clinical judgment What You Bring
Active RN license Medication administration and IV certification Strong knowledge of state rules and regulations A passion for resident care and clinical excellence Positive, dependable attendance and a team‑focused mindset Benefits
