Part-Time | Center-Based or In-Home
Base pay range
Competitive pay: $18‑23/hour, based on experience and location
Flexible schedules: Choose from morning, afternoon, or evening shifts

Mileage reimbursement for in‑home services

Minimum 15 hours/week
What You’ll Do:
Work 1:1 with children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Follow individualized treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA
Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills
Accurately track data and progress in real‑time
Provide support in both structured settings and natural environments
Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills at home
Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training
You’re a Strong Fit If You:
Have your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or are ready to get it—we’ll help!)
Enjoy working with children and making a lasting impact
Are detail‑oriented, dependable, and eager to learn
Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Can pass a background check and complete RBT onboarding
