Work Schedule
100% FTE, Day Shift Role. 8am-5pm. You will work at the Spring Brook Rd. Clinic in Rockford.

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. Required.
Provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required.
Work Experience
2 years healthcare supervisory experience. Preferred.
Licenses & Certifications
Current RN licensure in the State of Illinois. Required.
Bi-annual CPR. Required.
