Welcome customers, find the right products and services, interact throughout the day, load merchandise, ensure needs met. Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service. Assist customers with locating merchandise. Down stock merchandise, replenish supplies. Process orders and deliveries accurately. Cross‑train in other areas. Prepare merchandise in your department according to customer needs. Guide customers through shopping or checkout. Complete other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
6 months experience in computer use. 6 months experience with common retail technology. Reading, writing, basic arithmetic. Ability to perform prolonged standing, sitting, required duties. Lift 25 lbs unassisted or 25+ lbs with accommodation. Preferred Qualifications
Retail and/or customer service experience. Bi‑lingual skills. Certification in trade related to department. Travel Requirements
No regular travel; occasional meetings and training. Working Conditions
Varied indoor/outdoor weather, weather extremes, noise, lifting up to 75 lbs. Use team lifts as needed. About Lowe’s
