Overview Monte Nido uses a multidisciplinary, residential model that integrates inpatient monitoring, transitional, and outpatient programs for men, women, and adolescents. As a full‑time Family Therapist, you will deliver evidence‑based therapy, family coaching, and meal support in a welcoming, warm setting.
Responsibilities
Conduct weekly family therapy and caregiver coaching calls.
Facilitate group therapy sessions for clients and their families.
Provide meal support and nutritional education during treatment.
Participate in interdisciplinary care management and discharge planning.
Deliver safe, empathetic, affirming care that respects each client’s intersecting identities.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline.
Licensed or license‑eligible in a counseling field (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist).
Prior experience treating eating disorders in a residential or inpatient setting is highly preferred.
Knowledge and practice of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
