Role Description This full-time, on-site Registered Nurse position at OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center in Oklahoma City, OK involves providing compassionate, patient-centered care. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient treatment, administer medications and treatments, coordinate interdisciplinary care, educate patients and families, and adhere to evidence-based nursing practices. Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Proficiency in patient assessment, treatment planning, and care coordination
Skilled in intravenous (IV) therapy, medication administration, and monitoring patient responses
Strong communication skills to educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams
Attention to detail with experience in accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
Knowledge of clinical trial protocols and participation is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficiency with healthcare-related technologies and electronic medical records (EMR)
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
